Rich hopes as the poor watch  The United States’ Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved twice-a-year injections and tablets for treating HIV in adults with multi-drug resistant infection. Media groups term this as hopes while majority of the world take it as news of the hot air that will evaporate eventually due to the unaffordable high cost of the drug. It's said that the drug will cost $42,250 (5.1 million) for the two shots, with users then required to fork out $39,000 (4.7 million) a year for maintenance shots.
